These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of the State of Colorado. Bighorn Integrity LLC and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Colorado shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
Any dispute related to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Colorado, except that either party may assert claims in small claims court if the claims qualify.
